Keely is the founder of Rise Women. She is a dynamic leader who is passionate about seeing people come to know Jesus and grow in their knowledge of His love, grace, mercy and forgiveness. Keely has been in church leadership since 1994, in various roles, and since 2001 has been leading Net Church in the South of England alongside her husband Roy.
Net Church currently has five locations and is actively raising and releasing leaders. Keely was the first female Director on the Board of Assemblies of God GB, and she has also worked in a variety of secular organisations for many years. Keely is great at motivating people into finding their function and purpose and flourishing in doing it.

Rebecca Naidoo has been married to the lovely Melvyn for 20 years and they have two gorgeous boys, Malachi and Judah. By day Rebecca (known as Bex to most) is a brilliant dentist in a practise in London. Bex has been an integral part of church planting teams, youth leadership and has been a Senior Leader in church. Melvyn and Bex are now pioneering a new church in the South of England.
Bex has a huge pastoral heart and is an incredible strength and support to anyone in a place of struggle. She loves cooking (and eating), spending time with friends and building church. Bex will be overseeing the online leadership forums alongside Marcia Bluck.

Marcia Bluck is a senior leader in People, Culture, Equity and Organisational Change at Executive and Board level. She is often requested as a keynote speaker, advisor to previous Prime Ministers and coach to senior professionals including church leadership.In recent years, she has been co-Senior Pastor with her husband of twenty years and enjoys seeing people released into their calling and experience the unconditional love of Jesus.
Whilst Marcia operates as a strategic church leader and is known for her authentic communicationstyle, she is passionate about people and has worked for over two decades with marginalisedcommunities. She has two children and is committed to seeing them thrive and fulfil their God given purpose. Marcia will be focusing on our running our online leadership forums alongside Bex Naidoo.

Becky Murray is the founder and CEO of One By One. Her life was transformed in 2006 when a young girl she bought a pair of shoes for on the streets of Sierra Leone assumed she wanted sexual favours in return. This moment sparked the formation of One By One, and after acquiring land in Africa in 2009, One By One Kenya opened its doors in 2012. Becky is also the founder of the Dignity Project and is the host of Embrace The Journey, to be seen on TBN UK.
Becky has spoken at both the White House and 10 Downing Street and has appeared on the BBC and many other media outlet, and is a great communicator. She is married to Matthew and the couple have one son, Josiah. Becky will be focusing on producing Masterclasses for Rise, interviewing leaders who will challenge our thinking and help us to
grow as leaders.

Leanne Rudder has been married to her awesome husband Jeronne Rudder for 10 years and they have three children - Joshua, Naomi and Caleb (resting in the arms of Jesus). Leanne is a qualified teacher and runs her own private tuition business. In addition to this, she is on the senior leadership team of her church and is involved in the leadership of the Young Adults ministry and a newly established social justice community project.
As a busy mum, Leanne would say that leadership has come with its challenges at times but the leadership journey has been one filled with excitement and true adventure. She strongly believes that it is important that women have a space where their tanks can be refilled and can connect with people on a similar journey and be assured that they are on the right track. After all, we are created to do life in community! Leanne will be focusing on the mentoring process and partnerships.

Ariel Rapson is from Oregon in the USA and made a decision to follow Jesus as a young child. She grew up serving in church and at the age of 18 moved to the UK to attend Bible College. She immediately felt called to stay in the UK helping to grow modern relevant churches. After leaving Bible College Ariel and her husband Tom have served voluntarily as part of church leadership for over 16 years in various roles.
In her day job Ariel is a Chief Support Officer for an environmental company using her leadership to build her team and the business with a passion for employee wellbeing. In the church, Ariel is a locational Pastor.Ariel has a passion to see people thrive in the gifts God has given them. She is an organised forward thinker and loves raising future leaders. As part of Rise Ariel will be focusing on the mentoring process and partnerships.

Kelly Phillips is passionate about building strong teams and growing new leaders. She became a Christian as a single mum, (she has a son called Maxwell), and has a heart for seeing women flourish. She has recently married and is currently finding her feet in her husband's Spanish speaking church. She is currently studying a "mental health first aid and mental health advocacy in the workplace" course and she is an appointed Staff Well Being Officer in her bi-vocational role. She is also learning Spanish!
Kelly loves a spreadsheet, she loves planning and organising and bringing things to life. Kelly will be part of our mentoring team overseeing the administration and helping the communication and process plus she will also be overseeing our England conference. Kelly has a huge capacity for people and enjoys helping others to connect and find resources.
